The Gen-Y Initiative: executive brief
GenY are faced with an unprecedented problem, and an unprecedented opportunity. The opportunity is that never before has a generation been given such a head-start in terms of education, health, access to information, travel and communications. The problem is that the global economic cycle is such that they’re unlikely exceed the achievements of their parents as they had been raised to expect. And for GenY Christians, they face the prospect that their children are likely to find that the Church is even less able to equip then for good works than it has for them.
